I'm having a hard time finding cranberry
Just out of curiousity, how many cranks does it take?
Dont know how many it takes but ifn 200 or so wont do it I am just out of luck.
Not sure if they had cranberry, was looking for that onbe anbd got it and left before I decided I needed more.
Wish I had yalls money,i'm trying to figure how to buy minners in the morning.Do i buy 5 dozen or go for 10?Maybe ask for 5 and judge from thecount.
4.75 x 200 wow that more that my boat cost
Between the dam and the North Batesville exit of the Interstate, forget the road number. If you are coming from the North Batesville exit it is just before the West Access road to the Lower Lake.
1000 dollars in baits is small change when you compare it to the 2 grand slow trollers spend on Side Image, it all cost money.
Out of those 200, how many would you say are your favorites and catch most of your fish?

North Batesville exit.
Hwy 315.
I prolly have 10 go to colors and have at least 4 of each of them, some 200s and some 300s. I have several colors that some folks swear by that I cant seem to buy a bite on. Have two colors that I can run 8 poles with just that color and do from time to time.:biggrin
One thing I learned last year was that at daylite the colors are completely different than they are after the sun gets up good.
Do any of yall fish Normans and do they carry baits just for crappie like other manufacturers? It's been a long time since I pulled cranks for crappie so I'm really out of the loop as far as knowing what lures work today!Years ago, I was catching them on Rapalas,Storms,Tom Mann's, Rebels, and even small floatin Rapalas in #5 and #7's with a split shot in front of it!Do yall catch most of your fish on the 200 or 300's?

Rees, remember those color selectors, that at a certain depth and light and water color ,certain colors are most affective. If you pretty much knew how deep the crappie are, just drop it down to that depth and it would give you and idea of opthimal color selection!Too bad a system like that couldn't be incorperated into these advanced sonars we have today!Might be a killer!

I've found that most colors are designed to catch fisherman....

Yeah but I cant drive to a Bass Pro as cheap as I can get em shipped. They were the 4.29 on the website but with 5.95 shipping and tax they were more. We were up at Sardis today and came home through Batesville so I made the stop at Wallaces and was pleased that they had what I needed. They got 40 or 50 color combos in there and they are all crappie getters, best selection I have seen anywhere at a good price, everyday.
They aren't making money on em, for sure. I went to a trade show last year, wholesale price on em is around $3.75
Yeah, I dont know what the deal is but I aint complaining none.
