And that right there is why there was over 5000 applicants this year folks watch swamp folks and thank they want to go hang some hooks in a tree or take a rifle and hunt them like deer.
I would be welling to bet even Troy wouldn't hunt gators in mississippi if he had to fallow the laws set for Mississippi gator season. Look them up!
Thanks WB and EZ going to have to look into it and see if that is open for gator season if so if it's in my district.
Troy and the boys are hunting commercially. I would imagine there are different rules for sport and commercial "harvest".
There is no commercial or sport hunting for gators the ones I kill I can sell just like they do but you have to be a resident of the state to buy or get drawn for tags. But as with everything else different states have different law and regulations. Mississippi just so happens to have the hardest regulations.
If anyone knows of a or some gators in my zone which is I55 to the river Tennessee state line to hwy82 would really appreciate the help I have never seen a gator in this area so really need some help hoping sat might get up for a late night snack here soon and sees this.
What I've seen in the past you could contact mdwfp and get a permit to have one to control beaver and other animals on your land in the north half of the state. It had to be returned to the state.
Years ago there was one in the spillway channel at Enid. My father-in-law said if it got on his line he would kill it. Mr. Greenjeans said go ahead, you won't see day light for a long while.
You better make some calls to the state before asking us for trouble.
I got that covered see!

Didn't someone see one at the lake Washington fj this year? I know I can hunt that lake.
Run an ad on craigslist. You may find one that someone has seen.
