O John, I'm never satisfied. I picked this up the other day.
So you working on your own stuff, lets see a pic of the whole rig. Gonna fire that 28 off tomorrow, that thing is clean as a pin.:biggrin
BTW, what ya gonna do with the old boat?
Wannabe...[/QUOTE]
It's for sale... Ima miss the convience of that stick steer, but all the grand kids want to go at the same time so thought a bigger boat was in order.... At least that's my excuse..
What you already thinking about buyin the boy a boat wb?
Looks like she's all coming together just fine.
Its gonna be nice....you rock Gene!
Mr.Gene did you mount the 2 seat bases on the back? I was thinking about mounting some standup rod holders behind the riding seats but was worried about hitting the gas tank. Really looking forward to seeing how you get it rigged out.
Yes, I did mount the two seat bases behind the driver and passenger seats. I had already done one on the same model, ATMs predator, and knew the tank was under the floor right there and there's about 3 inches clearance. I ordered the off set bases to make it that much further back since there's coolers on each side right where u would like them to be. But the offset works great. I made the crank pulling racks in a semi-v so their there's only one person in the middle they are handy yet they are very handy when there's one person on each side.
One of these days, soon I hope, I'll post some pics on the water..
That looks like mine when I was redoing the whole thing this winter:)
But your the man for the job for sure
Only thing I know is that he will do it right.
E Z , you might as well go ahead and get with a boat company, and design a complete crappie boat !!
You could save a bunch of folks a lot of trouble.
that he could!!!!
Looks good. Coming my way soon?
Getting closer.

Go EZ!
You'll love those ratchet tie downs.
Gene are those racks and stands aluminum or stainless? They look great!
Right, Scott.. I put them on my other boat trailer and leaving them for the next happy owner. Got these at BPS yesterday and installed them this morn,
They are the aluminum spider rigs I've been making all along. Took 3 of them and used them along with long pieces of the same aluminum I've been using for the crossbars and used the same heads I've been making for the holders. They worked great in my other boat, so I expect no less in this one. Ima checkum out tomorrow anyway.. Can't wait any longer.
They look great Gene....good luck to ya tommorrow
Thx John, I've been wanting to go.. Guess they gotta eat, mud or not...
Test trip.. Not really fishing, but Caught my WB limit..
