Man if that had some water in it--watch out!!
Keep an eye out for a bigfeets or swamp thing. If you need backup--hollar
An airboat might work better, until you hit a stump!!!
I vote we have the fall camp here. We should have a poll. Think how interesting pullin cranks would be
im in
hehe--I'm trying to figure something out:) but i think it's a lost cause--will be 207.somehting this weekend or the first of next week.
Think I'm gonna give butla up myself until it gets to atleast 210
Listening to yall speak about butla, I gave up on it before the fj.
Not enough water to float an airboat.
Gates won't close, rain won't come, in the dry season now. Lowest I have ever seen, may dry completely up! Sad I tell ya, just plain sad!
x2 feelay

Where is this landing located at? Man if thats a core landing that is aweful that they let the water get this low?????
Not to far west of Coldwater.
The low water is not doing anything to help the crappie population but it is one hell of a cottonmouth farm !!!!
crappie population? what crappie population? the lake is primed for a fish kill this summer to kill the rest.
I hate seeing Butla like this. Really worried this could be the end of it. Such a great crappie fishery gonna be ruined by man. I know I know these lakes are for flood control not fishing and recreation.
Neighbors son talked to someone who works down there and was told there is something stuck in the gate keeping it from closing all the way like Feelay said. Couple more weeks like this and well be fishin from the bank off 4 wheeler.
currently shows zero discharge and no drop on the lake. maybe they got the gate cleared and closed all the way.
Man I hope so, and I wish we'd get a good week long steady rain
