I put in at dub Patton this mornin, no problems, caught quite a few dinks

Bout how out day ended up at Sardis, kept 4 but they was all 14 1/2- 16 inch fish! Believe we woulda caught more, but my trolling motor fuse blew and actually melted the fuse holder, believe the fuse was a lil too big, and end up just using the outboard and was goin way too fast!
You got one of those inline fuse holder, kinda off white plastic with a 20 amp fuse #12 or 10 wire?

and/or your wire is a size two small
Rewire with 6 guage wire and install a circuit breaker close to your batterys.....get rid of the fuse set up.
Mine is actually black, but yeah, it had a 30 in it and I've never fooled with it, and it's got number 10 in it, but I think there is a short in it somewhere
Yeah, it was a white one though, it's the one that came with the boat brand new but had a 30 amp fuse in it with number 10 wire it looks like!
Went there for first time today. Had a good time and liked the lake. Only down side was the game warden........ BC he wouldn't believe I'm from Ms BC my boat is registered in Tennessee. Said lake was being over fished BC somehow ten thousand fish was caught in one week. That's hard for me to believe

Far as I know its not illegal to fish in somebody else's boat as long as u have the registration card but it might be

I think thats alright......but if its your boat and its still registered in someone elses name out of state...don't know about that.
Cheap and easy to do why not just get it done in state you live in and then no worries about GW
