i think they look great the eyes look really good
Thanks Donnie, I probably wont do them all that way as that takes more time to paint the eyes and then coat the eyes with epoxy to help them not chip off. but I am just pouring 12 at a time in the colors I want and just learning what Im doin

Good job Larry
thanks to all for the compliments, it proves that probably Ray Charles, Helen Keller or Stevie Wonder could do it LOL but honesty, was just concerned of the size of the split rings and blades, some have #3 blades and others #2 and didnt know exactly which one would work best, dont want the blade to overwhelm the head its self and I will be longlining with these and was wandering which size blades would pull the best
thanks again guys for all the compliments. Just like workin with this kinda stuff, now gotta get back to paint some cranks, got a couple orders Im workin on and waitin on BRM to gimme his colors
Larry
Sat, I believe you told me once that you worked on your mold so you could use a sz10 swivel, is that correct ?? man these sz12 are a booger to get in place since they are so small

Larry I have tried those bigger blades on the ones I got from Sat and haven't had much luck with them. I am using mainly 1 and sometimes 0. I think though is with that 1/4 and long lining each size you go up will give you more lift thus changing the depth they will run at a given speed. Colorado more lift willow less. As usual the are impressive wish I had just a little of your talent.
Think they look great!!!
I think so but I would sure try some and see how they work though. Try and figure what depth each would run at a given speed. Another thing I would suspect those bigger blades are going to attract those green carp also. They seem to like those pony heads also. Gabowman has some post on how to set up for long lining and has some pretty good info on figuring out what depths you would be running at certain speeds and weights. You could use same techniques and try different blade sizes to see how they run.
Great looking baits!
Those look really good Larry.
Nice job Larry.

Looks good, would work well on them sunny days
I am using only #2blades on mine they seem to match up nicely with the 1/8 oz. I used a dremil tool to do a small modification to the mold in order to use the #12 swivel and the 1/0 sickle hook.
