Those will work! The black head, black body, yellow tail is a long forgotten (by most) color that used to be one of a very few colors available in stores years ago. I've gone back to it the last 2 years and it's money in our off-colored water here.
Nice job...........
Man them look nice! Haha you need a tester for these lol good job!
Nice work, and good color combo's.
Looks good. I would be interested to hear how that bottom left jig works for you. Nice tying.
liftbite those look great and should catch alot of fish
I to want to know how that bottom left one works for you
All look good but I am with the rest on the bottom left. Looks tasty. What color is that tail material and where did you get it?
Good Job
looks like powder blue. In marabou
Nicely done!! like the long teaser tinsel think that this is one thing over looked in the making of a super crappie jig. This style might be old school but still this last spring that was the style that the crappies wanted. Have been tying this style ever since. I call this Slater style after the famous crappie jigs made by Slater's as that is the style that they tie.
Redman
All that those jigs need is fishing 'em. Some good looking ties.Thumbs Up
Redman it's because of folks like you that share info and jig makers...I search these site's looking at their jigs Slater's attractor is on the bottom...I use a uv pearl crystal flash on my float-n-flies to mimic scale flash on a bait fish...and desided to keep my attractors on the sides...just my way I do it..and I like the way it looks.
