Attachment 92790Closing was scheduled for the 21st, then moved back to the 31st. Now the story is one of the three heirs who are selling it is on Gubment assistance. And if they get a third of the proceeds from the sell them evil doer Publicans gonna cut of his Gubment check. And he aint so sure if he signs a quit claim deed to Big Sis that she is going to pass his money along in a timely fashion.
And then there is the small matter of this little barn straddleing the property line. That little piece of dirt had been deeded over to the neighbor, all ofeeshul like. Come to find out, you can't do that in a platted subdivision. Or maybe you can. To find out for sure someone has to pay them high priced lawyers a nice little stack of them long bed tens.
Bunch of ignert gewbers. Good thing i aint boxed up my toothbrush yet. Come to think of it, that's about all that aint boxed yet.
