Got a friend that has Droid = loves it ........
Love my i-phone
Proud owner of a Windows format phone, my 2nd one both HTC from Verizon.
like my droid very well, we have the droid based tads also, pretty cool how they link up.....my friend has the i phone and is pretty happy with it also.....dont think youll go to wrong either way
I have the I-phone. I have unlimited data package, grandfathered from Cingular. I enjoy this phone. Lots and lots of apps.
cons-----texting, my fingers are too fat. I manage a lot of emails, at this moment I have not figured out how to create sub-folders...I do nt think it allows one to do so.
Driod is good for work or c.c, things like emails and such. Also works very well for c.c
My work phone is the iphone and my personal phone is Droid. I prefer the droid. More user friendly for me anyway. :)
got iphone 4s or whatever the latest is for work--I've never been a big fan of apple anything.
Don't buy a phone that is smarter than yourself.
My wife has a phone couple years old with droid. Don't know if she has latest or if its improved but I like my I phone better.
iPhone I have and battery life is pitiful. Wife has new droid razor and will last 2 days almost 4 times the iPhone battery life
Droid has worked very well for me.Just bought 2nd one and first was 2.5 years old and it still works. Just looked old.
Droid.. iPhone is junk. Wife has a 4s and has returned it four times in 6 months... I have HTC EVO 3D and love it!

The iphone interface seems simple and has less options to customize, android has the whole homescreen thing going on if you are into that. Bot are good choices actually, just a matter of personal preference.
Samsung Strat/droid/4G- Near flawless operation, never ending features. Got it for 29 bucks as an upgrade. I get lots of compliments on it as it has slide keys, and a full qwerty keyboard underneath. I text with my wife for free on the gmail chat feature thru our sync'd accounts. That cut down on overusage (due to friends texting). Data and phone are unlimited thru Verizon. The only gripe, if I have one, is that batt is no workhorse.
I've been iPhone forever and am kinda scared of going droid. I'm afraid I'd have buyers remorse. I love my iPhone. I've tried Droid tablets, and did not like them (just did not seem stable, aps kept crashing, and typing on c.c was painfull no matter what keyboard I chose). I traded wifey for her iPad and love the iPad. I'm interested in hearing more from people that had the iPhone, but went to a droid phone. I want to know if they had any buyers remorse or not.
I do appreciate Vonna's and KDavids responses here as well. Maybe it won't be so bad.
I'm thinking about going from iPhone 4 to that Galaxy s3.
My Mother has the Galaxy. I'm not familliar with I Phone OR Droid, but messing around with her galaxy did not leave me impressed. In all fairness to it though, I'm one of those that use the phone, for the phone with an occasional text. I rarely go online unless I need to find out something or pull up radar from time to time. It just seems like an expense that does not justify what I would get out of it. Maybe one day I'll find a use for being a slave to a little electric pocket box.
