EZ Poleholder can probably whip one up in the kitchen in about 10 minutes!!!
We use to make those at work. Use machine thread screws instead of pins.
I use one that's similar, called a spanner wrench. The one I use is adjustable and has three points.
your right Maj it is a spanner wrench but I have not been able to find one yet. It fits on the seal caps of the steering cylinder.
If u'll send me a spare seal cap, I'll make u one.....

Can't tell what the pin size and spread you would need for that cap, but if it's a little bigger than 1/8", this may work......part number 5794A16 McMaster-Carr
