Had a great time and good fellowship as usual. Special thanks also to chucky for all the extra work and fish cooking. No one should have left hungry that's for sure!
Thanks to Chucky for the fine fish and all the people who brought food, it was great. Had a great day fishing, caught 17 keepers biggest about 12 1/2 inches close to 1 1/2 lbs. Couldn't have asked for a better weather or day, hope to be able to attend again.
Ditto, thanks to all and extra thanks to Chucky and the others that did all the work.
Had a good time and happy to put a face with many of the names I see on here.

yeah ... I'm gonna have to give double kudos to Chucky. Now that was a SlabFEAST, for real !! (seriously good eats & awesome prizes)
Carl & I had a great time !! MANY THANKS to all the donators, cooks, fish cleaners, and food providers ... it made a special day for everyone that attended.

I just want to write a few lines thanking everyone for a great day of fellowship and breaking bread together, Chucky & CrappiePappy thank you for all the hard work and dedication in making this event happen. It was really good to be able to put a face with the fishing handles we have on this blog. I owe my new friends Charles and Barbara a world of gratitude, for allowing me to stay with them at there cabin, and the great mentor skills and knowledge Charles has for fishing, he went out of his way to explain the topo of Green River and how to fish it. I so look forward good Lords willing to return another year and do this all over again with all my new found Crappie fishing buddies, may God Bless you always and keep you in his care...............Dock Shooter
Everyone else has already said everything I can think of, but I don't know if there's enough thanks to go around to all those that made this event happen. All the hard work they put into it sure shined through and everyone had a great time.

By the time i got home and got all the fryers cleaned up and put away it was late and i was ready for my
beauty sleeprotfl.
Thank you all and i am glad everyone had a good time. Everyone got some prizes, a full belly and some lasting memories. A cook is only as good as the people that are helping. I want to give a thanks to
Rectorboyz(Gary), Cuzzin(Chris), Badbrad and his better half(Brad & Penny).
Also i would like to thank everyone who brought some prizes to give away. I know Tim, where ever he is
today, is enjoying the special engraved bottle of Woodford Reserve. Although i swear i saw Brad trying to

I like to thank everyone who brought food and supplies for the event. The side dishes is what makes a meal

Looks like ya'll had a great day and grand time. Those events are always a hoot. Maybe next spring now that the wife is retiring and work schedules won't throw a wrench in da mix.
The wife and I also had a wonderful time and nice to see more ladies and the kids get involved. Thanks to everyone for such a great time and nice to meet the new folks that did not make the 1st slabfest. We wound up catching a total of 70 keepers for the weekend so fishing was pretty good as well. Thanks to all again especially the folks that donated the door prizes that everyone will enjoy.
My wife Lisa and I would also like to thank everyone who gave so much of their time to make everyone feel welcome and well fed, Chucky did a wonderful job of cooking and the rest who helped make that feast a memorable one. Glad that I was finally able to put faces with the nicks and learn some tricks of the trade! I hope Tim enjoys the Woodford Reserve I bought for one of the door prizes, all the food and cooking was taken care of so I thought that would suffice instead of not getting to bring food and do any of the cooking and set up! Just a note Labrot & Graham was not a sponsor that was a door prize. I am looking forward now to the Ky. Lake gathering and hoping that I can attend that one also. Once again many thanks to all that did so much work to make it all worth while. CharlieD
