Called em last week about my Ego Reach not telescoping. The guy said just try and give em a call within the 2 year waranty! Got the new one on UPS this morning! Great folks! Great Products!

who did you call? my ego quit telescoping too. it hasnt beeen 2 years yet.

I sprayed my handle with WD40 and wiped it off and mine opens and closes much easier.
Cant put a heavy load on it when extended or it will torque it.Thats what they told me. I have a new one on the way as well.

I email them last friday about mine and the guy called me Sunday morning while I was fishing. He told me he had received my email and was going to send me a replacement. Great customer service !! Called me on a Sunday morning WOW !!! I think it was Torch that brought this up first, I'm glad I was paying attention.
