put one of these on a boat? I'm tired of pulling up on the landings at the "big 4" and grinding fiberglass. http://img.tapatalk.com/62ef191b-82b2-04e3.jpg

On another fish website, they gave a bunch of them away. Everyone said they worked great.
Thanks, it came with a DVD so I'll watch it several times.
I have and they will stand behind their warranty. It's very important to follow their installation instructions and then seal around the edge with silicone in a matching color.
have one on my stratos 1765, works great against shore and short docks. make sure to clean very well the keel area. they will sell you one for your length boat. good luck.
would not even think about using a glass boat without one.
Yep. That ain't the brand I recommend but it's way better than Nekkid glass.
Got to get on for this hull, handy dandy for sure.
You'll like it
Thanks guys, they have good instructions. You scuf the surface with a scotchbrite pad they included, clean with acetone, prime with included primer, then stick it on a little at a time.
Hamby protectors are the #1 on the market.
That is what I put on my Charger right after I got it. Follow directions and watch the CD. Put mine on at Torches store in a couple of hours. Not really hard to do if you follow instructions.
It ought to do the job Scott
don't leave home without it:)
Some type of Keel Guard is a must. especially if you have to beach boat or pull onto ramps.
I noticed you got a 5 foot one and thought that was too short, went and measured mine and 5 foot will be plenty. wonder why they suggest longer for an 18 foot boat??
wish I had one that was 18ft:)
Hmm I need to get one for my boat, since I'm project happy... Could u use one one the left and right bottom edges too? My trailer tends to scratch my boat on really steep ramps
