I am gonna start it, feel that most of us like the idea of a Sept Championship so that leaves August open. I would like for us not to have an open month myself. How bout some input on a lake and if you feel the same.

LOL, nahhh, you've done worse John I been busy most of the day and ain;t had alot of time to think bout it is all. I had boofay on the brain. We don;t have to have an offecial one. We can always add one that doesn't count to the standings.
What's wrong with a winter tournament, yall never have those that I know of, winter is good fishing to.
I can't do em cause I don;t have any vacation time left. Gonna have to work extra the championship week just to take off. Course I do have a week in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores planned for late August when the big ole 20-30 lb redfish are running LOL

Easy way is to just let the current drift you across the bar and drag a big bait behind the boat with about 2-4 oz of lead, Carolina rig, and when you cross a dip or trough get ready for when your bait gets there. Or if you like to cast get a heavy jig and cast around the boat forward a little. I'm lazy so I drag and my old bass fishing buddy who has a house on DI likes to cast so he gets up front with the jig, gets hectic some times if his wife Bev and I both have fish off the back and he has one off the front.Quote:
