It's a 3volt lithium, has an "N" after the number. I'll get the whole number for you.
I would take out the old one and see what it says :):):)
or just go buy a cr2450 3v.

cr 2450N. You may not need one. Try to re- learn the remote to the motor first. Sometimes if you go a while without using it, the motor will un-learn your remote.

I'm glad this thread came up, I ordered spares when I got my iPilot a couple of years ago and haven't needed one yet...but they were all cr2450's without the 'N". I figured out why today, when you search on Amazon or Ebay for them, they show results for any kind of cr2450 batteries and I guess I accidentally ordered the wrong ones.
I found a 10 pack for $16.50 w/ free shipping of the right kind, anyone know of any cheaper?? BTW, here's a link for inbred Ted...

The housing on your TM is damaged beyond repair in my opinion. I think the first bad motor caused electrolysis and made it rust from the inside out. Either demand a new unit or at least a complete lower unit.Quote:
