I have a 2000 Tracker stick steer. It sure is handy to be up front all of the time. About 4 poles is all I want to manage. That might be different if they all were different lengths. By the time you get it rigged to spider rig, troll Bandits, and clean your fish on the lake, it gets pretty small. But, then again, there ain't no boat big enough.

Here is my sticksteer SeaArk forecast: works well for me as I fish by myself often. Very stable and handles rough water well for a 15' 6" boat. I don't spider rig much, by can long line with 4 poles. 40 HP 'rude pushes it about 30 MPH with just me aboard.

I perfer a stirring wheel, Lowe Stinger 175, widest most stable boat in it's class I love mine and I dont feel like im going to fall off the side when im up front with a fishing partner side by side. Storage and set up are great with up front and rear big live/bait wells. Check one out
Lowe Stinger 195. I thought it might be too big......but it ain't. Room for all I got. Stable. Well made, better'n most.
Just wish it was paid for. :)

Thanks guys for all the info ! Really liking those Excell boats.......
I bought a 18' x 60" triton. With a 90 E-tec motor. It has the rhino lining sprayed inside I used to spider rig outta a javelin 379. Which is a 17' 9" boat. But a glass boat want drift on you like a aluminum boat will. I dont weight very much and without a extra person on front with me. I fight the wind ,even when it's not blowing to bad.
But then ,a aluminum boat want draw much water but want wear your batteries out either. I got a 24 volt system. But fishing all day outta a glass boat with fuel and a big motor. My batteries would be whipped by the weight in. When I fished bass tourneys.
But ive had a express boat. Since 92. Actually they weren't even using that name then. Just Aluma-weld then. It was my do all boat. Fishing and duck hunting. And I've used it like. A bulldozer duck hunting. Hit everything you could. But the painted pad expresses are set up very nice. I just bought the triton because I will one day use it to hunt out of eventually. So the only other boat to. Choose from then. That had some type of flooring and camo on them was triton and war eagle boats. But the thing I didn't like on the war eagles was that they didn't use the rhino lining in them. They had a rubber type flooring with basically 1/4 round trim Along the seams. Which would just be a dirt catcher And if you dropped anything on them much. It would create a hole. Like a old vinyl couch used to.
But if you choose to go that way and avoid one with carpet. I suggest the rhino lining type stuff in there. You can stand on it bare footed in a 100 degree temps. Without sticking to it. It never gets to hot that you can't lay your bare skin on
It. And on mine, the camo pattern that's painted on it. It's not reflective as bare OD green aluminum. IMHO
But a buddy of mine was sponsored in bass tournaments by Express boats. And with a 250 hp motor and a pad under it. And it was as tough a boat as I ever saw. To hold up to those forces on the transom And it set in the water great. Was kinda in the middle between mine and a glass boat. And I Checked the welds after a year of his fishing. Which is important to me seeing how I'm a high pressure streamline welder. You can beat Express boats. But the carpeted versions won't drift as bad as a regular Aluminum. Due to the lay out of live wells and compartments. Something I'm missing in my triton.
But buy a boat bigger than you think you'll ever need. Cause they shrink somehow. Lol.
