Caught my personal best last Thursday at Santee Cooper in S.C., the fish weighed 2lbs 10oz and was 16.5" long. Caught longlining in 15fow with a junebug slider. I also caught my limit that day that included 4 white crappie.

Yeah that one was fuuuuun to get in. I was playing musical rods on my boat, had to keep going over and under them all to keep from getting tangled, lol. I ended up filleting the fish and having her for supper.

Nice Fatty! try throwing back the big girls and boys for good karma...catch bigger species for larger fillets. Saltwater fish taste better anyway...QWGF!
