Betting those stake beds will be in the water come Saturday. That where mI think it is John? That snaggly tree look familar
Yeah, its a bodock (sp). I hope so, I got all that stuff marked.:biggrin
Caught me in the field on tractor. to the house I went, full throttle, high range, 4th. gear. Pulled in shed, rain quit. I was soaked.
I sure wish this stuff would move a bit east toward you guys. It's been training heavy heavy heavy, (did I mention it was really heavy rain) heavy rain over us for over 12 hours now, and doesn't look like it is going stop until we get some eastward movement. I'm between Shreveport and Monroe. Glad my house is on a hill.
I'm staying on Caddo lake this week and we couldnt even get on the lake today, we been catching some nice crappie and bass, along with a lot of catfish, guess this rain will give them lock jaw, oh well, we'll be here the rest of the week, mabe they will fire up again.
Caddo doesn't get hurt as bad as most lakes from a sudden rise. Grab a slicker tomorrow and get back after them. Catfish may bother you more due to the fresh water, but they sure eat good.
Good luck to you
I saw a dang dust devil on the bank at Grenada Sunday LOL
