How do you like your fish? I love to eat em both ways, but for me its one of those things that taste sooo good cold right out of the fridge the next day. Anybody else think it tastes better the next day?

I like them hot.
Yea, I like to let them firm up in a bowl of water overnite. I would rather give the frozen ones away but I try to freeze them with as little water as I can so as not to crush the fillets when the water freezes.
The next day I like em straight from the frige. :crazy:
Hot out of the grease

Hot outta grease with a lil Tony's sprinkled on and a dab of Panola!
I eat them hot out of the grease. My wife likes it hot out of the grease then any left overs she likes cold the next day.
Hot out of the grease with Louisiana sauce. For leftovers, I like them cold out of the fridge on a slice of white bread fold over (fishdog).
Hot out of the pot with green hot sauce. Next morning for breakfast in scrambled eggs. YUM! YUM!

Hot and fresh is the best way, but the 2nd best way is cold for breakfast the next morning.
Hot out of the oil...just cooled enough to avoid burning the roof. I usually get my share before the cooked batch makes it to the dinner table. But the cold out of fridge the next day makes a good breakfast.

If ya don't like them hot and cold then You are in it for the sport, more than likely, I don't mean it in a derogatory way, but crappie fillets are good hot or cold, fresh out of the grease and all the way till the next day out of the fridge with white bread and onion, they make a great breakfast sandwich, it just means your coworkers will keep thier distance if you are having fish sandwiches with onion for breakfast.
