Hey...I'm tickled we beat Purdue twice and Ky once...that made my season already. Anything else is just gravy on top. I'm hoping the KY boys keep reading the glowing reports in the media how great they are. I like to see it when their heads start getting the size of goodyear blimps. Will David have another stone in his sling for Goliath? You never know....lol.

I've read all the media reports and watched the expert panels on TV...but I've not seen one expert pick Indiana. It is pretty much a given KY will win. I'll pop my popcorn, get my cold drink, sit down and watch some really good basketball.

And then again no one expected Purdue to have a chance against Kansas did they. I guess thats why they play the game. i would rather go into the game with no expectations than expect to win and have to cry later why we didnt. You already stated Locator that KY is going to win it all. We will see. The big ten has fared quite well and that shows the strength of the schedule they have played perhaps the big 10 wasn't given enough credit.
I'm not bashing the Big10 or am I bashing IN. I actually in small way pull for IN when they are not playing UK. You won't ever hear me cry about anything, if we lose, we lose, the championship at this point is ours to lose. No matter which fanbase you belong to, you would be lying to yourself if you think UK doesn't have the most talent on the floor. And I'll stand behind my statement, UK will hang number 8. I feel confident with that, if they don't, we'll try again next year. I can't predict the future, if I could, I would be in a different line of work. If you think IU fans don't have any expectations, go on some of their message boards, and listen to the trash talking, racist, asinine statements your fans are touting.Quote:

To me IU could not shut down the dribble penetration at all. Like HHD said free thows for Kentucky, wow.
Yup I agree JPdawg couldn't stop the dribble penetration. I think they missed Verdell Jones he plays good defense off the dribble. I don't really think he would of been enough though to make a difference in the outcome but you never know.
Did you watch Park Tudor play today? Yogi Ferrel and will be a IU Freshman next year he is very impressive. Park Tudor blew their ops away a team from Gary.
If Watford doesn't leave they should be terrific next year. Be awfully good without him.

Locator.... I read some funny articles this week about the Louisville - UK rivalry. One guy said if UK loses the game, watch out for the over passes on the interstate, as there would be some UK fans jumping off them...LOL. Please don't jump off any over passes if UK loses ! It is only a basketball game. On the other hand, if that 18 inch crappie gets off at the boat, then feel free to jump.

I'm getting a visual right now. 2 and half hrs before game time, and you got your cold drinks ready , and popcorn popper out, and sitting on that couch listening to 2-3 hours of the endless sports network chat going over the matchup. Do you have to haul that couch down to campus before you light the match or just torch it in the house?
