"G", I havent had but 4 calls since I put it up for sale 5 months ago and today I had 2 guys that WANTED IT and had cash in hand. 1 from Cleveland and the other from Jackson. Man from Jackson said if man from Cleveland didnt take it he would drive up in the morning and get it. Called him back with the bad news that it was sold.

Congrats Sat, I was like you, I had one guy come up from his son's house where he was visting in Sardis to look at it at like 3 one evening and then another guy that was not suppose to come till next day showed up while the man from Sardis was here and when the local guy walked up the first thing he said was "is it sold yet ?" and that just made the other guy shift gears and pull out the cash LOL, but it was a little uncomfortable :)
