It always makes me cringe. Some times those fatty's don't go all the way to the bottom of those measuring devices. lol

GOOD I personally am glad they are out there doing their job. Way to many local Mississippians and OOSer's breaking laws on all of our lakes

They should outlaw the yoyo's. Especially the free-floating ones. How can you purposly do that to a gamefish?
