You looking for transport or fishing. Hi-tek is the brand i use for both. He is a member on cdc. U can google hitek and see his website. Send him an email via site.
I think Bill @ BRM carries hi-tek.

Some 'not so good' pics of my Hi Tek rod holders. Wasn't taking pics of that stuff, so it isn't featured...but you might get the point. Have 4 Hi Tek rod holders, net holder, fish finder holder, and transport rod racks. I think 8 bases to hold all of that and give me some options. Love it.
Best rod holders I have ever used are the Bee Ready rod holders. Not a lot of money and they worm great. I have had mine for 4 years and not one days problem. My bro in law has them as well. Great product.
