Small fish excuses.

Due to the nature of my fishing, I have decided to compile a list for all those I meet on the lake that look in my 6 pack cooler and see the fish in it. From now on, I refuse to go into a long explanation about the size of my fish and will only quote the following numbers for an excuse. I would suggest that all who fish my area print these and laminate them for reference. I will print and laminate these for you for a nominal fee plus shipping and handling.

1. I Choose not to catch the big fish to help improve the genetics.
2. I Choose not to catch the big fish cause it may damage my fishing equipment.
3. I Choose not to catch the big fish cause I have a bad back and they are too heavy.
4. I Choose not to catch the big fish cause I like the taste of the small ones better.
5. I Choose not to catch the big fish cause my filet knife is not big enough.
6. I Choose not to catch the big fish cause my filet knife is on its last leg.
7. I Choose not to catch the big fish cause I would like to give the kids a chance at a big one.
8. I Choose to catch the big fish because I only have a short time to fish and bigger ones take too long to land.
9. I Choose not to catch the big fish cause there ain't none in this lake.

Those who can add to this list of excuses will receive a discount in the shipping price for your list, however the handling fee will be increased slightly to offset the cost of additional paper and ink for a longer list.

I am also sponsoring a small fish tournament at Chicot camp. Smallest fish will be worth 3 bucks cash. Entry will be 25 cents.

I figure about anyone can catch them ole fat crappie,,heck, you can look at them and tell that eating is their favorite past time, it takes a expurt to catch those annemic skinny fish....lol

I wonder if the three bucks is worth the fine for bringing in a fish under ten inches haha

I don't think the fine would be worth risking it unless you had a chance at winning. I am the small fish KANG and if anyone thinks they are any better, Brang it ON. I've got 2 money fish in the cooler below, and that was when the fishing was bad.
