11.9 bass I caught eight years ago, still looks like it was just mounted. Hi tech taxidermy from mcgehee,ar. his name is david shopher and does the best work u will ever see. it cost me 325 but well worth it
Here's one I got mounted last spring. Neil Ferrell in Union, MS mounted it.

Here's a 3.3 I had mounted. John walker mounted this one. He does great work but is pretty far away from you.
John Criner in Proctor, AR at Lakeside Kennels (trains dogs and taxidermists) has done a good job for me. He will offer 2 types - glossy (which looks wet & shiny) or plain....get the glossy, they look a lot better.
Mullins in Bono, AR did these 3.6 and 3.2 from Arkabutla 2 years ago. They were caught by my fishing partner. Let me know if u need any info. I think he charged $10 an inch for these.

Here is the one I got done last year by Stanford Taxidermy in Saltillo. Arnold does all the fish. I think it was $200, but I found my own driftwood.
brm, archie phillips in alabama, is, in my opinion the best out there. i have fish mounted by him, including a 4lb crappie, that still look like they were caught yesterday, one mount being 25 yrs or so ago.
Archie Phillips Taxidermy
Dang, Neil did a good job Scott. I used to teach his son Sean Taekwondo when I had my school in Union
Looks good, but that is expensive, be bout as cheap to get a wildlife recreation from measurements
That's a great fish and the memories that went with it mean a lot. To me a repro wouldn't do it.Take care in the way you freeze it while waiting to decide on a taxidermist. All those mounts shown look great. Good luck with your choice!!
OLD GEEZER FISHERMEN NEVER DIE, THEY JUST SMELL THAT WAY!!
I wrapped in news paper, put it in an vacuum bag, and froze it flat. Hope I did it right. That's what I was advised to do.
