Anybody have any reports for Tobe, my wife and I are going to try it out Thursday, thanks guys. Oh, and if anyone knows the water level at Juilette that would be helpful too, last time I was there the lake level was down about 10 feet.

hey bill, i went to tobo friday, sunday, monday, and yesterday. the water clarity was great friday but stained up after the rain on sat night. i caught 30 friday, 13 sun, 0 keepers mon, and 15 yesterday. i had a few nice size but most were smaller.good luck! oh yea i would start out with bubblegum/chart. even in stained water they liked it!
Nice write up mack! That's good info!
im goin tonite..so ill post in the morning if i have any luck but as i seen today there was 6 boats on the water today and i heard there having luck at nite at the bridge using all white and black and chart crappie stringers
I went yesterday...water temp was *49 at 7AM warmed up to *52 by 4PM. Fish were in 15-20 FOW and not very active. Managed 15 keepers with 15 throwbacks. All fish caught longlining 1/16 jigs...water was nice and clear below the LTR bridge but full of trash and getting stained above it.
Uusally Tobo colors, Blue/Black/Char, Firetiger, John Deere, Acid Rain were the ticket.
Fish were a mixture of males females, the females eggs were more devolped then 2 weeks ago, but I am thinking it will still be two weeks are so before we see them spawning, baring any more cold snaps.
This is a good thread guys. Plenty of good advice without giving up any honeyholes.Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
Good reports. Thanks.
hey bill how did you and your wife trip to tobe go?
We didn't do so hot, there were some boats fishing under the bridge but the wind was blowing something awful and we ended up coming back home. We'll be trying it again maybe next week, man I'm ready to catch some fish. Good thread and good luck to ya.
