Bigc, we need to rethink our strategy. PM sent
LOL, I'll have mine in a basket way back up in the trees.
Should be mandatory!
amen
If someone is going to cheat a boat check will not prevent it or stop it!
Actually it's a requirement.
5) Pre Tournament Inspection and Registration. Each team will register and pay the entry fee the morning of the tournament. Each team is responsible for having their coolers and livewells checked prior to launching or trailering to an alternate launch by one of the tournament officals, Satdoc1, Yikess, DonDon, or Majflyboy or our designees.
MS Slab, you are correct about it not stopping a cheater but we don't have to make it easy for them. Like you, most of us have been doing this for a while now so we know what to look for when presented with a dead fish. Now basket fish are a different story.
I'd do the basket thing, but I'd have to pre-fish 6 days in a row and add them to the 1 I catch during the tournament. Tough keeping 'em alive for 6 days, plus they tend to lose weight. It's a no win situation for me all the way around.
Wannabe...
Just put some small screen round the basket and fill it wif minners, they'll have plenty to eat dat way. Truly, I just don't understand cheating. Just me I guess and being a honest person
Oh boy!
What a group. Don't trust nobody. Wait, I guess it's all the money. To me this is a silly topic. If somebody can live with themselves by cheatin, let em have it. it ain't like they's a buffay at stake or nuttin.
Ive said it once and ill say it again......somebody will cheat you over a 6 pack of beer as fast as they will cheat u over a 6000 dollar prize! Makes no difference.
ill take the ice cold beer you can have the $$$$$$$$
noted, lol
Bump
To the top...
Been going on as long as a contest is being held and there is is money or prizes involved, sad but true.
This is why in bass tournaments you have to draw for a partner. To keep everyone honest. Sad but true.
