Friday Night Meet Greet and Eat

Meatgetter and I were talking this morning about the Spring Crappie Camp and it looks like we've got 55 folks coming, so far. It's close enough we need to do some detailed planning. To help in planning, we now need to know:

1. Who all is planning to be there for the "Meet & Greet" on Friday night?

2. Where are you gonna be staying? (Pecan Grove, motel, name of motel, etc.)

3. Cell phone number (optional, but would be good to have)

We're going to try to make up a list of who all is there and where they are staying, along with contact information to give out when you check in or at the Meet and Greet. Also, we need to plan a menu for the Friday night Meet and Greet so we need to know how many plan to attend that. You can just reply on this thread and Meatgetter and I will make up the lists. Thanks for your response with this information!

My family & I will be down Friday around lunch time. My cell number is 501.350.9053. If anyone going is would like some Crappieholic apparel while I am coming down, plwase call me so I can have your orders ready when I get there. I will bring some items with me, but at that point it will be first come first serve on the sizes.

Steve48 and I, along with our bosses will be staying at Pecan Grove. We will be down sometime Thur.

My son and I were planning on being there Thursday. But now I've been selected to report for jury duty. Unless I am selected to serve and they sequester the jury, we'll be down early Saturday morning. Won't know for sure until I call in on Thursday evening.

We are at the Lake Shore Motel.

I'll drop in to meet folks Friday evening. I'm at home in Lake Village. There are several other members staying at Pecan Grove and I'm sure they will be around there too, but I've not seen them post here. If you need my cell, PM me or Meatgetter has it.

I looked through the posts and prolly missed it, but what time is the "eat" part happening. Need to know how hard to push it on Thur night to get far enough not to miss dinner. I don't want to be speeding in AR and meet some of your good ole boys the wrong way. rotfl

Yankee Doodler, get a hold of Slab or Billbob and find out the best way to come. If your route brings you to Memphis, then stay on I-55 to Winona, Mississippi. Then US 62 to Lake Village. Just a suggestion. Looking forward to meeting you. Have a safe trip. I don't know the time. Might have to PM Ski Trip and ask him.

Yeah Jigfinger I already plotted our course in my GPS and it takes us down 57 to 55 to Winona and across to Lake Village. I want to stay on the interstates as much as poss. with my rig and that course will do just that. See ya there.

we have decided on the menu for friday night meet & greet . with the help of big river we are going to have ribeyes ,french fries,baked beans and salad thanks to hudnut for giving us a great price!! we will have a donation pot to help with our cost if we collect more than that amount we are going to put it in the pot to pay a extra place for second big fish or as a door prize!! so be sure to sign up and let ski trip know for sure about friday night!!!! we also need some good steak cooks and grills!!!! GOING TO BE A GREAT TIME,SEE U THERE!!!!!!!!!!

A $10.00 per person donation will pay for the steaks and trimmings, and leave a nice size pot for the Big Fish Tourney!! Cant get a good meal at Micky D's for that!!! I'm in!!!!
