When I saw winds forecast at 30-40 yesterday, I said no way.
It's spitting snow here in Cockrum this morning !!!
Wind we bout blow you over here in vicksburg.20-25 steady n over 30 gusts
Wind is tough here too. Anybody hear from em on the lake?

Wind here is 15-20 25deg. wind chill -15 and spitting snow. I wouldnt be on any lake even if 4 lbers was on top doing the backstroke.

I'm sorry to say I woke up with the crud and waved the white flag n came in bout 9:30...ATM stayed out...windy as all get out n cold, n after two hours n no bites...my common sense kicked in. I fished Thurs and Fri at Washington. When I left this morning, it was 29, and the wind must have been 20 or better out of the north.
36 teams fished... 18 weighed in...1st was 14 somethin...

Man...Washington was tuff !!! We had a little propane infra red heater with us but the wind kept snuff'n it out ! Ended up with nuth'n, natta, zero, zilch. Friday night cook out was the highlight of this tourney ! Still had a good time, lots of good folks in MCC.
I think I am correct on this. Only one team weighed in seven fish and it was 4 pounds between first and second
We weighed in two fish for 2.42 pounds and placed 12 th
Most brutal tournament I've ever heard of. So glad I decided not to go. First one I've missed in 2 years.
Way to go Minneretrolller and G3, took some guts to stick with it today and yall weighed in fish. Not bad and better than most!!
