The last 16 inch crappie I caught weighed 2.6#. But it didn't have a belly full of eggs, like yours. I'm gonna guess at least 2 3/4#. No matter what it weighs, it's an awesome fish. Congratulations.
I've never caught a 16 inch crappie, but I would weigh that cooler lid since that crappie is pretty much as big as it. Looks like a big Conway fish.

A really nice fish....I would say 2.31 lbs. or 2 lbs 5 oz. If you are only gonna put one fish in the boat that is the one to go for!
