Put about 8 hours on Sangchris today and only ended up with 6 keepers. Had a couple good ones though! They seem to be really scattered. If you catch one on a tree...might as well move on and count yourself lucky. Most of my good 10-12 ft spots are only in about 5 or 6 ft of water. Had to find some new spots today. Most fish came in 8-12 fow. Water temp was 60! I thought I got a glympse of Crappie 24 today...How about it 24?

Rob, as birdy said. I was down in grenada, mississippi. water is low so we made a road trip to mark stuff for the upcoming CrappieMasters tournament in March.... Looks like Sangchris was fished out last year???Quote:

Rob, Scouting went well, 586 gps coords.... If you drive by ky lake give me a shout and i can give you some coords to try! You should do well down there, (Grenada or Sardis) you are set up to slow troll. And you can just jig fish stake bed, and trees locals put out as well as the million stumps up in the two rivers! My friends down there are starting to gettem now, now that water is on the rise.....
Man, your makin' me rethink my decision. As of last night, we decided on West Sandy, KY lake. We know the area, getting good reports and it's only a 5 hr drive. Gonna watch the weather for the next couple of weeks and make a game time decision. If we choose Mississipi, you'll be the first person I contact. It will be the first time on Grenada for us and would be greatful for any help you could give us. You're a good man Crappie24 and great for the sport. Happy to return the favor anytime! Maybe we can get together and fish Otter this year.
Grenada is where its at!!! Crappie24 and I are scheduled to head to Grenada the weekend of 24th of this month as of now.
im headin down 2nd week of march. ther is truly nothin like the big 4 in mississippi. especially grenada.

We usually stay at the super 8 or motel 6 in grenada. Its 45 bucks a night for a 2 bed room including tax.
