If it hasn't moved, it is on Gallitin St just north of I55/I20.
Address on paper work is 4299 industrial drive
Just checked the phone book and it says 4199 Industrial Dr. Back in the day, I used to run with the owners son, Ed. The store was on Gallitin then but that was back in the '80's.
The best way to get there is to go north on Ellis Ave. off of I-20 to Lynch St. Second light, take a left. There is a Captain D's. on the corner.
