Thank You
Very nice read. I presently live in Nevada and am trying to find a single lake with a catchable population of crappie. I shall...go deeper...to see if Lake Mead really has black crappie!
well done, again.

Thanks for a nice article...I remember a blowdown on Lake Oconee that had current pushing the water down the length of the tree...we worked it like we were trout fishing in a nice current. We thought everyone would come in with fish. Nope, you would have thought we were magicians and pulled them out of our hats. Relayed the message to others in our group and went out the next day and repeated the results of the day before. Came in and the same folks that didn't catch much the day before repeated their same efforts. Sometimes, basic information makes people not see the fish for the trees. Happy fishing to all. TTL
Appreciate the response and the comments RedDog and Stretch. It is amazing to me sometimes what subtle things can seperate a successful outing from a slow or mediocre outing. There's lots more good information to come my friends. Good luck to you both. Wayne
I'm trying to read this article but it keeps saying I don't have permission to read it. What's going on here. I'm logged in. Help please.
Slab actually removed all of my articles a while back due to his concerns with a complaint he said he'd gotten about one or more of the images that I used in them may have been copyright protected.
His new policy is to err on the side of caution... which I totally agree with. Hopefully, I will be writing more articles in the future. Thanks for asking.
Thanks for responding SpecialK. I look forward to your future articles.
