Okay maybe it is just No one is fishing. It seems to me that we have not been seeing some of our more popular members post. Is there a reason for this? The reason I got on this board was for the openness, that is not so much now. Seems we have more complainers than good posters. I will strive to be a good poster, do not expect GPS coordinates but you will get enough info if you know anything about fishing to be able to expand your crappie fishing arsenal

I haven't been crappie fishing since fall on Truman.Been fishing Coffey county twice (multi species) have yet to catch a coffey crappie and some strip pits down south (mainly bass a few crappie).Gonna try Melvern Thursday if wind isn't to bad.Will post results if we go.Also,I would like to be a more popular poster but with work and kids activities it has been hard to get out.Blackdog it's great to read yours and others post even if I can't get out.Hope to see you on the water soon!

I haven't been out at all, been busy building some new rods. Just when I think i'm getting caught up someone else calls and needs one. Working on two "dock" rods for a guy. He wanted a four and and a four and a half footer built for fishing off the docks. With temps like today it's hard to stay on task!!

It was hard to sit at work all day today, and made me a little depressed when I walked outside and felt the 67 (what my truck said) degrees. We're going to try LaCygne on Wednesday for some white bass and hopefully a few LM's. The wind is supposed to be light, hopefully the fish will cooperate. We would be going to Coffey County if they were generating hot water....... banghead I'll give a report but I have a feeling there won't be much to tell. It will feel good to be out on the water again, haven't been fishing since hunting season began in october.

2 more weeks and I will start fishing again! May sneak one morning in this week.

I would like to just be able to get out so I could post a report, good or bad!

Like the others, with work and kids, I just don't have time to fish. Probably be next fall before I get out much again, but if I do I'll leave a report.

BD, your's and others reports help some of us get through the work days, keep the reports coming as much as you can.

I haven't been out since November! I am about to go nuts not being able to get out. Boat is in the shop now getting ready for spring. Booked up every weekend this month anyway so couldn't go if I wanted too.

hey guys I will report on my trips as I go was going to go today but my farmer fishing bud needed some help so I worked with him trying to fix is disk which caught a stump and bent and shaft. We are going tomorrow unless something else breaks.
