Well got out with a friend today and we managed a nice catch. Water was murky and the wind was tough but we got a good box. The spring bite is starting up. Caught them on red/chart and straight orange mid south jigs.

Yea russ I had a great season. Got 3 pope and young deer with my bow this year. Hunted a few states other than here to get them. Was the best season ever with my biggest a 152 incher.
Mr. Crappie that straight orange was a first for me too. Took my fishin partner my youngest daughter to the buck classi and she picked the color cause they were pretty. Only bad thing was we bought a small pack instead if the 100 count pack lol. They worked good in the muddy water.
