I have some of those, I haven't done well with that color in the past, haven't tried it again since last season.
One of my 2lb 9oz'ers was caught with that jig tipped with a minnow long lining at Buggs.
I have not done well with BGBS at all. But I did watch coorer pull in a few with the blue ice ones ( I have Blueice and E-chick)
those look good, i love bgbs, ive had luck on the vegas (another pink color) and bpbs pink panther, never tried those though, let us know how they produce
I have been using them for a while and have done OK with them.
looks like a muddy water bait??
My thoughts too! But then--- I think about Tap using the kalins "money" jig with great sucess, in clearer waters,,, AND My doubts on my understanding of baits--creep back in :)

The John deere and wally world have me hooked just looking at em!
That is pretty much my go to bait... It almost always produces for me.
I've got a buddy who realy only fishes in the spring, and mostly at lake Chesdin, who only throws pumpkin seed (dark carmel with or without flake). He will flat wear you out with it in almost any fishable water clarity/color. Of course, it doesn't work for me fishing from the back of his boat! Only fishes a curly tail 2" grub.

I am with corker, light for clear water and dark for dark water, but who am I , I like my home made off white bait better than them all. And thanks charlie, always wonder what the money jig was, like BGBS and close to mine just mine a little skinner.
i use transparent in the sun and solid colors in overcast
