Butla or Sardis Saturday?

Butla or Sardis Saturday?

Yall help me decide.

My last 3 trips have all been to Butla with the following results:

1) Took my dad. Windy but fishable. Found the fish, but couldn't make em bite. Caught zero.
2) By myself. Nice conditions. Found the fish, but couldn't make em bite. Zero
3) By myself. Water had risen over a foot over night. Couldn't find the fish, but made one bite.

Other factors to consider:
1) I live closer to Butla
2) Butla has risen 8 feet this week
3) I hate little minner theivin little crumb snatchin fish

barnett registration is @ 5:30 fish from 7:00 till 2:00 be in weigh in line by 3 @ tommy trading post

More other factors to concider:

4) Northeast wind is no good on Sardis

I know. BUT, I seen the water intake at Engineers Point in the background of his pics. To stage this, he would have to stop at Sardis, on his way home from Grenada, with his fishin' guidees, get the fishes out, pose them, and take pictures. I don't think the boy is smart enough to pull this off. Pretty sure he ain't lying.....,,this time.

Mr Jim said if he was able he would be at Butla chasing them. That has to mean it would be good. Plus the wind will definately be better on Butla. I really like that lake alot. Yours truly, Shaw Grigsby

I would be on bulta myself in am but got carpet ripped out for new have tm off for new.

Fished from 8 til 1:30. Never got a bite til almost 1 o'clock. Missed one cause I had my hands in my pockets, then I caught this little terd. Found fish in a few different locations, but they weren't hungry

I was the only boat fishing all day. Lots of people hunting. Two dudes shot what looked to be a small 6 point. They loaded it on the front of their little john boat, then had to stuggle to get the boat unstuck from the mud. They then ran wide open towards dub patton. Soon as they passed me, they powered down and cut a donut. They Torched the deer

What are the rules on duckhunting on coe lakes? I was running east of her pt into about a million ducks on the water. I noticed there was a dude fishin in the area of the ducks. Once I got close enough, all the ducks took off. Thats when ole boy unloaded his gun in my general direction and left.

I know folks have blinds on private fields, but is it legal to float around blasting in the middle of the lake?

Sounds like a question for mike powell but think hunting coe lakes is ok but shooting towards u is not . Thats why i always have my sig p2022 on me at all times.
