Hey Cowboy, my vote would be Clarkshill. I know there was a 4lb caught there several years back and plenty of 3 lb but don't compare to where you fish:)
Probably not the biggest but Oconee has some nice uns. Thats were I do all of my fishing.
Clarks Hill hands down.
Clarks Hill and Walter F. George
Attachment 74818blacksher has some biguns . cought a lot over 15 in. .
Pa Pa,I know that picture is not yours. You only carry 100 dollar bills.
Blackshear, Eufaula, and Clarks Hill have put out more 3 lbs+ fish in the last few years. I know of two over 3 that were caught at Blackshear back in September. Can you imagine what they would have weighed in February? I expect 4 lbs to be broken at Blackshear with in the next year. I hope it is me!
Ditto for Clarks Hill.....But the really big Specks come from south Georgia farm ponds
Thanks guys, I was just was wondering in case I'm ever over yalls way what lake to try.

Doing very well cowboy, family and I are in Hawaii for three years. After that I will retire if Uncle Sam lets me. Thanks for everything and I look forward to fishing with you at Grenada
Clark Hill no doubt has the biggest and in more numbers than any
lake in Ga.
I would fish Talquin just across the Fla/Ga line! Its outside Tallahassee and near beaches.
Clark Hill by far.
I'm partial to Clark Hill too, especially since that's where I fish most of the time.Thumbs Up
Clark hill for me as well.
my dad and myself have caught some nice ones at blackshear
