I think its legal in MS as long as the vehicle is 150 ft. off of the public road and the vehicle is stopped or parked . I think you can sit in it and hunt. Got one just like it triton. It really comes in handy in a deer blind or the shop to warm your hands by. I also have the golf cart heater which works out good in the boat too. The wind wont blow that one out.Thumbs Up
