1000 gram a must if you are buying, and the little heating foot warmer
I don't know what kind of temperatures you guys have, but in Northern Michigan, we get below -0- I wear Army Mickey Mouse Boots. Their big, white, and warm. I have never found anything as warm...
I am a big fan of Muck boots. The warmest most comfortable boot I've ever worn.
i went with Predator Extreme Boots form Cabelas and i been very happy
I have the 1st series of LaCrosse Iceman boots, had them since 94. Had to replace the laces last year, probably worn 65 days/yr. I just wear plain crew socks and my feet have never been cold. These are guaranteed to -80* and I wear them ice fishing mostly. Best money I've ever spent on boots, they're expensive but they'll probably outlive me at this pace.
thanks guys will look into it
Baffin Apex !
I have the black mickeys too, they didn't work for me. My toes got cold when I was still walking. Temps were in the low 30's.
I have a pair of Rocky blizzard stalkers that serve me well in zero temps. I also had a pair of surplus mickey mouse boots that did a good job on cold days. I loaned them to a friend of mine last winter and still have not got them back. :-(
Muck artic pros. Nuff said

I like the slip on of the mucks, but my toes still get chilled in the article pros. They are comfy tho.
I have tried every combination of pac boots, socks, etc and just last year found the cats meow.
The are down-fill booties with gore-tex. They are so compressible I throw them over my shoulder or in my back walk to where ever it is I am going to (in a pair of light weight gore-tex hikers and gators).
Sit down take off my hikers and slide my feet into a pre-warmed (put hot packs in ahead of time) pocket of warm loving. Best setup I have ever found.
I love my Micky Mouse boots, Not exactly lightweight but on a boat who cares, I like warm feet.
Baffins are by far the best boot I've owned! Light weight and warm! My feet stay warm and dry if it's 30f or -30f! I use to only wear Micky Mouse boots, not anymore...
This is what I was referring to a few posts up....

I swear mine are gore-tex, but maybe just wind stopper....regardless, I have used these ice fishing on several occasion and never got wet.....and feet are toasty!
Mucks on the ice, dry is a big part of warm!
:hesaid.......it seems like I have tried them all, including the Military Mickey Boots....and IMO the Muck Article Pro are by far the warmest and most comfortable boots I have ever owned. As long as my feet are warm, I can fish or Hunt all day..with Muck boots I do!
Bought these around xmas, super light weight and rated to -50.
Lighter and warmer than any past boot I have used (including ice kings and Mickey Mouse)
They are made be Baffin, I was out fishing last Sunday, temp was -5 or so.

I've got the Mucks too. Love them. I wear them all the time. They are so comfortable, I slip them on to run to the store or to pick the kid up. Easy on and off, and I've yet to get cold feet.
Those look nice Kyle
