i got a 2010 dodge swb, reg cab, v-6 auto i pull my stinger 175 boat with. my last three trips i went to sardis twice and butla once from olive branch. filled up yesterday and only got 11.2 mpg. ain't gonna check it any more and just go till i am broke. life is to darn short. lets hear what some of you pull what with and your mpg.

Pull with my diesel most of the time, 15 or 16 MPG loaded or not.
17.5 Crestliner Fishawk with a toyota 4-runner w/V8 = 11mpg
06 Taho, v-8, pulling 175 pro crappie, 15mpg.
Pullin a War Eagle Predator. Traded a '04 Dodge 2500 HEMI that got 11 mpg for a '10 Toyota Tacoma V6 that gets 13 mpg.
I pull an 18' Xpress w/115 with a 2009 Silverado V8 Crew Cab=14.5 mpg.
1 ton boat and 1 ton camper 65 mph get 16.5 mph at 70 mph get 13.9
2004 sierra crappie pro . v8 16.5 with boat 19 without .
I pull a Triton TC17 with a 2008 Silverado 5.3 V8. I get about 15 mpg
05 Tacoma V6, Avg 17 mpg, pulling an 18.5' Champion, I get 13 realisically on a trip. Better than that going to Grenada, but we're talking 8 miles at 30 mph avg.

Not sure of mpg but without my 18 1/2 foot palm beach bay boat i can drive from ridgeland to grenada n back and still have a 1/4 tank of gas.left. with the boat i have to.put more gas in at Winona course thats at 75 mph
seems like these v-8's get better mileage than the 6's not matter what you drive or pull. i do notice my v-6 going down the interstate will jump from 1800 to 3300 rpm's on the slightest of inclines. i guess that is were all my mpg's are goin.

I pull a relatively light tracker pro-v 16 with a 2004 BMW 530, manual tranny. I'll get 21 mpg at 62 mph and 17 mpg at 72 mph. Quite a drop for the extra 10 mph.
Little mota takes more fuel to pull the same load. Plus, my mileage stinks more than most cause I'm haling so much more purty than everybody else around here.

Towed a 1987 ranger 373 to Falcon Lake with an 05 Armada. Got a whopping 10 MPG of course I-10 you better be doing at least 75. Pulling same rig with my 02 F-150, I get 13-15.
Same truck pulling the triton 1650, I do not know. I am just happy to have the boat hooked up, cause it means I am either going crappie fishing, or grapplin'!

'08 Chevy crew cab 5.3L 4 wheel drive pulling 17' 10" Express got 15 mpg at 62 - 65 mph last weekend from Southern Illinois to Sardis and back.
Pulling my 1,100# yankee boat with a Chevy Silverado V6 I can get 15 mpg if I keep it under 65 mph. It downshifts at 68 which makes the mileage suck.Quote:

2012 Xpress H-18PFC, with F115 Yammie pulled by an 05 F-150 Super Crew 4x4, 5.4, 13.5-14 @ 65.
1860 F&F pulled with a 2000 GMC Sonoma extended cab V6. Can get about 14 @ 55, 12 @ 62-63 and 10 @ 70 or a little more. Try to stay at 62 or so considering almost all my fishing is done at least on a 100 round trip basis. Sardis is 270 roundtrip but me and a buddy split it so it's not quiet as bad.
