Man, that place was hoppin'! Nice little view from the club level seats courtesy of my cousin! It sure is nice to have a Bill Snyder team back that doesn't quit playing until the game is over!

We where dancing in the isles... a lot of fun. I back still hurts and my throat is a little scratchy but it was well worth it.

Boy, I'm sure excited. I do have preferences to KSU, then to KS schools, then to whoever is playing the Yankees. Last time I caught the score it looked to be a route, then when I saw the final, it was like WHAT. I just wish the original Big 8 teams still caried on the rivalry's. The Big 12 turmoil is shadowing KSU's glory.

It has been an exciting season so far. Every week has been an 'edge of your seat' kind of game. Somehow they've found a way to pull it off each time.
Hope the CATS steal the birds glory, let them have it for about 12hrs. then swoop! All gone! They'll be taking how the hoops team could have played better D!
I am holding out that Snyder croaks before Saturday. We would have a chance then. It's amazing what great coaching can do. There isn't a huge difference in talent, but if you can't get the kids to do what they are supposed to do then you have no chance. Snyder puts those kids in positions to succeed.
I would really like to have that one surprise win Saturday and keep ole gameday away from Craphattan the following weekend.
KU wouldn't be a bad team if they could play 2 halfs. I've watched them a few times and the first half lately has been a good, if not, a great game. I'm leaning towards overcompensating on the coaching staff. Needless to say, it is the state rivalry and I'm sure it's going to be a game worth watching. I do like Synder, his presence, his demeaner, and the ability to get the most out of what he's got. He's not a show off, but a TRUE teacher and coach. You really can't go wrong with a man like that, just look around football today and C Synder has trained a lot of coaches also. C'MON CATS!!!
Craphattan?? Really?? Why would you not want Gameday to be in the Big 12?? If not in Manhattan it goes where, the SEC?? What better atmosphere than Manhattan for Gameday. Apparently, Chadku, you've not participated in a full day of tailgating, football game, after-game tailgating. I know that KU doesn't have that luxury, nor the luxury of a great coach, but why trashtalk KSU for having it and succeeding??

I agree, even though I root for both schools(CATS FIRST), I have a few trash talking epitaphs I hit the guys a work with to get their dander up! Sure couldn't post them on here though!
KU is going to win tomorrow. Just remember you read it here first. By the way KU does have a great coach!

Chad I respect that. It's very hard for me to not root for anything with a little bird on it let alone see them have any thing posative happen. It all balances out in the long-term and right now KSU has all the cards if they play them right. My prediction is KSU 38 - uk 17.

Sorry Chad...bad day yesterday. Just found out that my bow was a POS and wasn't going to shoot for the season while I was at work. Got a new bow today and it's a better day. Duckman, I like that prediction. I hope that the 1st half KU team doesn't play the whole game. We could be in trouble if that's the case.

Time will tell if OU losing was good or bad. Maybe it gives KSU confidence while making the OU players second-guess themselves. Or maybe it will just piss off OU and they will be unstoppable. Hard to say for sure, but I am looking forward to seeing them play.

Much better game this week, although you can obviously see the offensive difference. 2 different game styles for sure. OSU has a very good O-line, in all honesty, a better team. Synder's coaching staff made all the diff. Didn't it feel like a b-ball game? KSU needed 1 more pick in the 2nd half to win, but it was still a great game.
Wish it would have turned out differently, but one he!! of a game!!!!!

This is the year KU isnt up to its usual self. I really think 18 wins and a NIT berth. We just do not have the depth. 3 quality players will not do it and that is all we have.
