Here are the pictures I promised. I am 100% happy with this mount. No movement what so ever even with the 101 thrust. Fairly easy to do. I would think any motor would mount to top plate. Takes less than 5 minutes to make the change.

Now that's neat right there. Did you have that custom built or is it something you can buy somewhere? Thanks Brotha
I bought this one from AIO systems. Minn Kota makes them as well but not nearly as heavy duty as this one. I have talked to people that were happy with those as well though.
Been using something like that for years, been thru 3 power drives and just tahe it off and put it on the new motor. Also it lets your motor slide far enough back in the stowed pos. so it isnt out past the front of your boat.
Ray, have you got an additional plug for 24v & 36v or do you have a selector switch?
How much it run ya Ray if you don't mind my asking
I have an additional plug for 36 volt. I just unplug one and plug the other one in. This one cost me $170.00.
That's alot better than I thought you was gonna say. not a bad price
DD, if you venture out and do this, put two different style of plugs on yo motors. I can jus see the smoke now ifn you don't.
Yeh, the Motor guide is only a 12/24 volt with the Terrova being a 36. Would I have to unhook one of the batteries every time I switched them out? Easy enough to do if I have to. I have a single Jumper I keep in my tool box
If you're jumping at your batteries, then yes. Mine is jumped at the switch.
Wannabe was the first to ask for pics of the mount and not a peep. Either he has the tournament on his mind really bad or he completely understood the quick change mount. 1st option is the choice I favor. Yall done got in his head.
The second option was bassackwards. He hasn't understood the concept. The first option was wrong also. He has been consumed with tryin to plan a sneak attack on me and triton to get us to pay fer his and the Jr bees supper tonight.
Watch those lock nuts that it comes with. The bolts arent long enough to get a good hold on the nylon lock. Mine let loose at Sardis one day and it was by shear luck the motor bounced into the boat instead of out.
