Yep, you take them today?
Make lemonade out of lemons. A few gravel beds for the bream, some branches for the bass and some stake beds for the crappie. I wish PRV would drop Barnett about 8-10 ft every 5 years so folks could put out structure.
Now would be a good time to add on to your pier and get it out further where it will be in deeper water when the lake fills back up.
or....should be some fertile ground for a garden if they don't get it fixed!
Already 12x14 and more than enough. Dont know what we would do wirt another 14'.
Invite us over for a party???????
Man, I'd get out there with a shovel and wheel barrow and dig me a deep hole at the end of my pier. 3 or 4 foot deep and as long and wide as you could make it. That'll bring in some fish man. I'd also pile the dirt you dug out of the pond up and make my yard bigger. Just put it and the bank you have now and start extending the bank out into thelake
If they don't get that water back up you're going to have all kind of grass/weeds to cut come springtime.
The lower it gets, the more obvious it becomes that they are going to have to drain it dry to make the repairs. Does anybody have a seine net? I can't afford to buy one right now
Like others have said, I would be setting brush piles, tops, stake beds ect. Now is a perfect time.
Get a casting net. Run ya about 25 bucks
Shock em!
