Been a log time since I soldered anything and it was a pain to get it to hold. I tried to get Nessa out there to hold the wire in place but that didn't pan out to well. Her hands were in the way since I had to have both of mine in there to hold the solder gun and the wire. I ended up having to get some soldering wire melted on the iron, then putting the wire in place and moving the tip of the Soldering iron to the wire as I held it in place. Would Flux have holed me on small wires like this? I know in AG class when I was in high school, we used Flux when we braised. Didn't know if that applied in this situation or not.

No flux fer any soldering I've ever done and I built some circuit boards back in the day.
