There ya go YJ! Good looking jig!
thank u rondon thats aabout the only color i iwll use besides yel/white solid white with red sparkles the solid white is plastic tube.
Nicely Done. That pattern is in my Go To Box. It not only has taken its share of crappies but has taken a few nice Bucket mouth bass. Like to fish it down in the cypress roots.
Try it with a black head you might be surprised in what it will do.
Redman
Great job, YJ! not only will that catch but it looks really good too. Keep em rollin' out.
I had a few people that fished a black head-black body- yellow tail combo, on a slabmaster tourney. And out produced there plastic baits 3 to 1. Just ask hogster. He never had really fished jigs till that day, We made a believer out of him.
Looks good. Bust that eye open.
Good looking jig yellowjacket. Great color jig and nicely tied.Thumbs Up
Thanks for giving me another color combo to tie! Thumbs Up
Nice looking jig
UR welcome neon moon. THANKS FATMAN
Looks good. Tie up a blue head, blue body and white or chart tail, it's another winner.
i will go tye 1 up before bed got 2 go soon school 2mrw it sucks!!!!! wish i coould tye alal day
I call glow chart head, body and tail meat, and Glow chart head/blk/glow chart potatoes. HA. The only two colors I fish. I seem to catch fish on other colors at times but they never seem to out fish those two. I used to force the issue with colors on my home lake and fish a lot of different stuff and still do from time to time just to mix it up but I always come back to those two colors. Nice jig you tied!
Just rememberd I fish pink/blk/glow chart some in the winter and call it desert.
That is a great producing color combo but you have got to clean the eye out.
why do u guys say so much about a cleaned out eye? i can do it when i use it!
Are you using powder paint? Way harder to clean out that eye after you've baked it for hardness. And if I don't bake it, I have a problem with chipping that I hate to see after I've spent the time to tie a fine jig.
Northland Eye Buster will take care of it in about 2 seconds. (When your ready) lol
nice lookin jig!
