One of the perks of being retired! Don't have to fish on weekends! I'ma gonna stay up under the air conditioner till Monday then fish during the week.
I would prefer not to fish on weekends also. Especially saturday mornings. I think I'm gonna bite the bullet and give it a try anyway.
Thinking about going as well. Kind of been out of the fishing loop for a couple mths playing baseball. Got a couple weeks off before we start again. Just trying to decide where to go. ??
I am thinking of ferguson off the mississippi or the white river lakes. winds are supposed to be 10-15ssw tommorow though.
I'll probably go down to Poinsette and spider rig it a little. Not expecting much. Just going to say i went. Going early to beat the heat. Good luck to ya.

It varies i like around the judsonia Bubbles Choates or down by hurricane!! lots of deep fish latley about 2-3hrs and 10-30 good fish
Are you fishing any of the lakes in Hurricane? Crappe Pro and I are trying to get some info and do a day trip up that way.
Yes mallard honey little bell and big hurricane. Mallard is still high but the water is pretty clear caught 25 keepers , honey was very merky i caught 2, bell has tons of bream , the crappie were skiddish , but big hurricane i did reall good bas crappie and 2 kitttys. Have you tried Murphy lake??
Never fished any of those! Trying to fish some new water. Any advise you could share would be appreciated. Always wanted to fish some of those oxbows up that way and Crappie Pro wants to also, but neither of us have ever been up there. Just like to get pointed in the right direction. Thanks for any help you can give us.
