Holey Mackerl, and I thought my Maj plate was huge.
Little better, but still burnt to me. I like my skits to be done where they are not doughy but have just a tinge of brown top and bottom. I make homemade buttermilk skits in a cast iron skillet, those look like "whomp bizkits" to me.
They are Whomps, the bottom pic is from last week, the top pic is from today, I just didn't take pics of the finished product today but it was the same thing.
