If'n you can't troll cause you sucked up your line in your prop, would it hurt to go around that boat with a rag and knock that scum ring off? At least get something productive for the day....

Had 8 poles out the front and two out the back spider riggin and it was rather windy at that time. So, dad hooks into a striper that tangles into one of my poles which tangles into another one of my poles. At that point my line somehow gets sucked into the trolling motor. I can't run the trolling motor since it is winding my pole closer and closer into it. At this point the wind takes us into the brush and 10 of 10 poles are hung. Wound up with 6 broken lines, one broken pole, and one gewber that comes rollin in on me documenting my disgust like the paparazzi. Payback my friend!
Crappy day. I hate you Arkabutla. And my boat is cursed.

Exactly. I'm suprised that in these pictures, I appear to have scraped up a smile somehow. Also notice how far Tush stays away from my boat once I've got my blade in my hand.

Solution to prevent that from happining again 1 dont use so many poles.2 dont spider rig for stripes. When you got a fish on them short pole turn the tm off.

FRIEND told me this stuff was good and so far it has been. cleaned all sorts of stuff with it. bout the second time out with my new 2me boat started noticing a pretty good scum line startin. put this stuff in a old windex bottle, sprayed all the way around, then went back around with hose and one of those yeller spongey things with the green backing and it worked like a champ on boat and motor. looks brand new. that boat seems to have a bunch more on it than mind did but it might do the trick. found it at wally's.

As far as the scum line. Man that's just plum lazy.
Got that scum on family outting day. Ran the boat way up the 3rd ditch (butla) until I went under the Hwy51 bridge. As soon as I crossed that bridge, the water looked like sewage. Might have to try that stuff in the picture above. Doesn't fade the boat?
so far has not affected my boat but can't promise anything. it does say on the back that it is good for marine use.
Speaking of family outings. Took the girls to sardis this afternoon. Didn't even take the poles. Our privatr beach

It seems like only yesteday that my daughter was that age.......she's 42 now and I have a grandaughter that is 17 and one thats 10.....don't know where all the time went. Enjoy them ES and don't worry about the scum line.
