I'd call them direct.
What model gave you trouble?
I hope it isn't the same guy that does the motorguide warranty in memphis.
It's a riptide.I called mk direct they gave me a # to an appliance store in Memphis. The guy i talked to was real hard to talk to.I'm scared if i take it to him how long it will take.
Look on their website for a list of authorized repair centers.
Minn Kota Motors
MinnKota has 6 repair centers in MS......send it or take it to one of them
I talked to the guy again,he said the guy that works on them is out having triple bypass surgery. He said the guy should be back by the end of the week.

Thanks CN, i looked there and the closest to me is 200miles away, besides the one in Memphis.
Yep, appliance center is the place. Hope yours goes better than mine. :(
Did it just completely crap out, or is it just acting kinda crazy? Details
It's a five speed with 3speed reverse.I've got two forward gears(1&3)and no reverse.
A triple bi-pass and back to work on friday huh? Is this by any chance the same marina I went to?
You're hosed

This guy is very helpful on Bass Boat Central.
Big C, If you get it Ridgeland and let Art Payne fix it, we'll work it back to you via c.c folks. Kinda like Pony Express. Art is your best bet. I think that since EZ has nothing to do, he and Maj. should open a TM repair shop.
Holic, talked to Art today he said if i would bring it down he would fix it while i waited. He also said tm are not made to run constantly. That was hard to hear because if that is the case this thing will stay in the shop.I know a riptide is not the most espensive, but for $660 i think it should be able to run constantly.Do yall know where minnkota is made.Don't say China
